Integrating with ChiliFresh
Portfolio has the ability to integrate with ChiliFresh, an independent, social software service your library can subscribe to. If your library integrates the ChiliFresh application with Portfolio, patron reviews that have been written by any ChiliFresh subscribers will be available for any matching items that you currently have in your library holdings. Integration with ChiliFresh must be enabled on each profile that wishes to utilize it. The option to use the service is found on the profile settings page.

Your library must have a location assigned in ChiliFresh for each profile that uses this feature. Set the location in the ChiliFresh Administration tool at http://chilifresh.com. The location must exactly match the name of the profile_code for the profile being used. |
To activate ChiliFresh on a profile
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Choose Profiles from the navigation pane.
- Find the search profile that you want to edit, then choose the Edit option next to the profile information.
- Find the Enriched Content Options section and fill out the ChiliFresh Account field with your ChiliFresh account number and the ChiliFresh API Key field. For more information, see Fields: Add/Edit/Copy Profile.
- Choose OK to save your changes.

If you want the ChiliFresh reviews accordion to appear in the detail display for EDS results, you must include the ISBN for the EDS detail display in addition to enabling ChiliFresh for the profile. |
